This initial release supports Yahoo and MSN messengers. All MSN and Yahoo Messenger instant messages are automatically recorded and saved by the program. Every activity on the messenger, every password attempted, every new conversation is logged. 

Emoticons and smileys

Of course you can save your MSN conversation using the Save option, but will it save your emoticons? Omniquad Messenger Chat Recorder saves emoticons in MSN Messenger conversations as they are. So when you look at the logs later, you don't miss anything. 

Tamper Proof Records

Yahoo logs can be viewed easily in a browser window. MSN Logs open in MS Word. You can even delete any conversation you don't want. But no conversation itself can be tampered with. Because what is displayed to the user is a copy of the conversation, not the original. So the actual record of your conversation is still available as it is. 

Overt and Covert Modes

The software works in two modes: Overt and Covert.
The overt mode makes it easy for users who wish to maintain a record or log of their own conversations to easily work with the program. The covert or stealth mode is ideal for restricting access to the program. 

In stealth mode, the application cannot be located in the Program files/Add Remove programs menu of your computer. Instead a Hotkey gives you access to this software. Everything you want to do, whether it is to view recorded/logged messages and passwords of logged users, or stop recording some conversation in Yahoo or MSN depends on whether or not you know the Hotkey to access the software. The hotkey is further protected with a password to prevent any accidental access to the application.
